Host your next workshop or intensive at The Dance Complex!
The DC qualifies a “workshop rental” as a contracted reservation where a choreographer, instructor, and/or company is hosting an event where participants are asked to compensate the instructor in a form of payment. We contract workshops for all sorts of durations including one time, weekly/bi-weekly, week-long, once a month, and more.

Important Notes about Renting
We require ALL patrons to have a MindBody account with The Dance Complex. Whether you are the person renting the space or coming in for the rehearsal, you will need to create an account. You can do so HERE.
To rent space for a Workshop or Private Class, please complete our Workshop Interest Form HERE. Once completed, a member of our programming team will be in touch to discuss availability and next steps. Completion of the form does not confirm or reserve space for your event.
If your Workshop is approved by our team, you will be provided with a contract (please read the details carefully) and you will be connected to our Communications team for further information for promotions.
We require all instructors to have valid instructor liability insurance. If the instructor/leader of your Workshop does not have insurance, we recommend Philadelphia Insurance.
Some of our studios have show restrictions: Percussive shoes are not allowed in Studio 2, and Studio 3 is ballet/pointe shoes, socks, or bare feet only. Street shoes that have not been cleaned are not allowed in any studio
Our rates for rehearsal rentals can be viewed below. Prices vary depending on a combination of studio selection and timing:

Required Materials to Reserve Space:
1. Complete our Workshop Interest Form
2. Ensure that the instructor of the Workshop/Private Class has teaching insurance. If they do not, we recommend Philadelphia Insurnace which can be found HERE.
