Pre-Dance Complex: Effort To Re-Open The Building

Founder and First Dance Complex Executive Director Rozann Kraus leads the re-opening effort of 536 Mass Ave. as a dance center.  Kraus, former JOM teachers, and other local dance-makers meet at 26 Lansdowne Street to confer. In July they host a cleaning party of the building post the bankruptcy-reposession of JOM items. Kraus leads the efforts to negotiate with the City of Cambridge and lending institutions to officially maintain the building as a dancers’ facility.
