This 60 minute class invites students to come into deeper awareness of their physical, mental and energetic bodies — with a movement experience that fosters grounding, presence, release, and energy flow. Drawing from somatic practices such as Bartenieff Fundamentals and Polarity Yoga, Kieran will lead a restorative and enlivening class, with guided exercises and improvisations done sitting, standing, moving through space and lying on the floor. This class is beautifully paced to slow and contemplative Celtic music. Come nourish yourself with a gentle “reboot.” No experience necessary — all are welcome.
