Navigating being human in these times, there is a tender dance between our overactive stress response – overstimulated minds and nervous systems and our overly down-regulated response system. We are bounced between anxiety and shutdown, hypervigilance and numbness, exhaustion and overwhelm. In this workshop, we will weave somatic movement and dance practices that allow us to experience, express and embody different waves of states of being and feeling. We will anchor in the here and now with breath, awareness and embodiment.

We will release stored and pent up energy, listen to the ancient wise knowing in our bones from our ancestors. We will travel through time and space to connect our dots, where we stand at the apex.

All of this, in community.
