BE-LONG-ING BEING is a part of our Reflection, Healing & Movement series.

Often invitations to be in relationship with our bodies are prescriptive or someone else’s movement to learn. This workshop will offer paths to practice presence with ourselves and one another by using a series of solo, duet, trio and group movement prompts to get the room vibrating.
