In my classes, you can expect a full-body warm-up, followed by technique work focused on the main elements of the choreography, such as turns, balance, or improvisation, and then we learn the choreography. We usually work on each choreography for about two classes, so everyone has enough time to practice everything and leave feeling confident with it.

Cost: $30 single class | $100 4 class package (25 per class) | $180 8 class package (22.5 per class)

*NEW* The Dance Complex requires ALL visitors to have a Membership, Guest Pass, or $5 Day Pass to access the building.

What is the legacy of the genre/form/style you are teaching?

High Heels is a relatively new dance style that blends elements of many different genres, including hip-hop, jazz, ballet, and even Latin styles such as rumba. It focuses on expressing femininity, creating beautiful lines and movement, and developing your own unique sense of confidence and style

What background, training, and or relationship do you have with this style/technique/class subject?

I’ve been dancing for almost 20 years and teaching for around 8 years, with a strong professional background in ballet. This background helps me teach proper balance, posture, and how to feel comfortable and confident dancing in heels. Over the past 5 years, I’ve transitioned more into contemporary styles, including High Heels and Contemporary, which I not only teach but also perform professionally.

Finish this statement: I am passionate about teaching this style because…

because it helps people embrace their femininity, feel more confident, and see themselves in a new way.
