In this class, babies and caregivers are supported during this unique stage of development by a movement and yoga specialist, alongside a welcoming community of other parents, caregivers, and babies.
Babies are natural yogis! Through gentle movement, yoga, massage, music, and play, babies are encouraged to explore movement while caregivers learn ways to support their baby through the natural stages of development.
We’ll make essential tummy time engaging through songs, movement, and sensory stimulation, while supporting strength, flexibility, and healthy alignment for both baby and caregiver. The class also offers opportunities to calm and regulate the nervous system, connect with your baby, and simply enjoy being together.
Each gathering includes 45 minutes of guided movement followed by 15 minutes of social time—creating space for babies to explore and caregivers to connect with one another in a warm, supportive community.

Majestic Healing Pathways™ is the foundational care model that guides all of Majestic Community Wellness’s programs. It reflects our belief that healing is a right — not a privilege — and that healing happens most sustainably when care is consistent, culturally grounded, and rooted in community.
Developed in response to gaps in traditional health and wellness systems, Majestic Healing Pathways™ centers the lived experiences of Black and Brown communities who face disproportionate stress, trauma, and barriers to care. The model honors the reality that healing is not a single intervention, but a pathway built over time through breath, movement, rest, relationship, and choice.
What background, training, and or relationship do you have with this style/technique/class subject?
For more than 20 years, Nora has been teaching yoga and dance to students of all ages. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Atmananda Yoga, and her teaching continues to be informed by years of study in Pilates, Feldenkrais, Hot Yoga, and Katonah Yoga.
The births of her two children inspired her to deepen her studies in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She focused much of her teaching on supporting families and children through the various stages of development. During this time, she earned her Prenatal Yoga Certification through OM Yoga, a Developmental Movement and Baby Yoga Certification with Ellynne Skove, and a Kids Yoga Teacher Training through Karma Kids.
Nora’s classes blend Iyengar-inspired alignment principles with thoughtful Vinyasa sequencing, creating practices that are both grounding and dynamic. With a healthy dose of playfulness, creativity, and movement exploration, she encourages students to find balance between effort and ease. When appropriate, she incorporates hands-on adjustments, core strengthening, and generous final relaxation. Her classes are musical, energizing, and rooted in gratitude, leaving students feeling both challenged and nourished.
