The style I teach is rooted in classical dance foundations and jazz influences, carrying a legacy of strong technique, and expressive movement. It emphasizes conscious work with the body through proper stretching and mobility, allowing people to move with strength, control, and freedom. This approach supports long-term physical awareness and healthy movement habits.
What background, training, and or relationship do you have with this style/technique/class subject?
I am a professional ballet dancer in the past, and stretching was part of my daily routine throughout my 19-year career. It is what prepares the body for movement, but also helps you truly feel it, notice areas of tension, and understand what needs more attention. Stretching creates a basic sense of lightness and mobility that supports not only dance, but everyday life. I strongly believe that stretching is important for everyone.
