Teaching more than 30+ years and coming from the traditional place which is a Griot family i mastered this style of dance since the age of 14 years.
I am passionate about teaching this style because…I want to share my knowledge with others.

What is the legacy of the genre/form/style you are teaching? West African Dance incorporates traditional Mande culture, language, music and dance. This class includes vigorous movement with a focus on rhythm, songs and culture as well as dance choreographies traditionally performed for rites of passage, courtship and other cultural occasions. |
