DESCRIPTION:In my classes\, you can expect a full-body warm-up\, followed by technique work focused on the main elements of the choreography\, such as turns\, balance\, or improvisation\, and then we learn the choreography. This background helps me teach proper balance\, posture\, and how to feel comfortable and confident dancing in heels.
