The style is strongly driven by emotional expression\, exploring how to move through feeling\, femininity\, and intention. At the same time\, it builds incredible strength and control in the body. \nWhat background\, training\, and or relationship do you have with this style/technique/class subject?\nI have been dancing professionally for 19 years\, exploring a wide range of styles throughout my career. About six years ago\, as a performing artist\, I was introduced to High Heels\, and it instantly became a powerful form of self-expression for me. I fell in love with how the style combines technique\, strength\, and emotional depth.
