This 60 minute active discussion and movement workshop is designed to help folks reconnect to the center of the body.  A strong center connection allows all of our body systems to work together in the most efficient way.  This harmony sets the stage for optimal healing, ultimate resiliency, and fuels a safe transition back to full performance mode.

Objectives: Participants will understand:

  • Basic anatomy and physiology of the center of the body and the intersection of the body systems

  • Identify their own imbalances and where to focus attention

  • How to “hack” our systems using key exercises and movements
