Strength and Conditioning for Artists is a specifically curated class for artists at all backgrounds and levels. Each class will vary, but will incorporate various elements of strength and conditioning; included but not limited to power, endurance, mobility and general conditioning. This class is not for folks with active injuries; however, we will be able to help you work through limitations and other restrictions you may have. Every exercise will be modifiable to the level of each individual person. |

Finish this statement: I am passionate about teaching this style because…
…One of the key elements to a long, healthy career for artists is strength. Unfortunately, access, knowledge, education, among other barriers, continue to get in the way. My mission is to bridge this gap and provide top quality programming to the artists of the Boston/Cambridge movement arts communities. |
