Reflection, Healing and Movement

Using principles of the Alexander Technique and Zero Balancing come join with me in this introductory class exploring ‘openings’ through Reflection, Healing and Movement.

Access and unlock more intention, fluidity, and release in your body and in your movement practice.

Reflection: Using guided awareness, we will settle into a deeper connection of support and explore pathways to more physical and emotional resilience.

Healing: Using essential touch and exploring “bone energy” we can develop skills of self-healing and improve our health and sense of wellbeing.

Movement:  Bring more flow into our movement choices. Let’s Take a Walk!… and see what we can learn about effort, ease, balance, support, weight shift and gravity.
