Students can expect a stretch and warm up, a breakdown of techniques used within the combo to be learned, then to be shown the combo. Everyone has their own way of expression, my philosophy is to guide students to confidently display how they express without the boundaries of fear or negative self talk |

| What is the legacy of the genre/form/style you are teaching?
Heels dance originated in the late 20th and early 21st century. Becoming popular through burlesque and cabaret shows. It has evolved into a unique form of dance that combines sensuality, confidence and technical skills |
| What background, training, and or relationship do you have with this style/technique/class subject?
I have been dancing since age 14 and began studying in heels dance since January 2020. Taking virtual courses through training programs led by industry professionals such as; Aliyah Janell, Nicole Kirkland and Galen Hooks. Since then I have cultivated my own style and brought to life my unique way of movement. |
