“Sweat The Floor!” hip hop conditioning is a class that infuses hip hop dance and cardio conditioning. If you are a true beginner to hip hop, or a more seasoned dancer that wants to increase their stamina, this is the class for you. Have fun, work hard, and leave it all on the floor.
